Start Here: Build a Life That Fits You
START WITH DAY 0. Complete Write It Into Reality, then work through the steps below in order: Discover Yourself, Career Discovery, Life Blueprint, Relationships, Goals and Habits. Save your answers as you go. You can use Today immediately while you complete setup. Nothing needs to be perfect, and you can return later.
Write It Into Reality
If you cannot describe what you want, it is hard to make a plan to get there. Writing down a vision helps you notice relevant opportunities, make choices and take action. It does not guarantee an outcome; your vision can change as you learn and grow.
How to use: Answer these four questions honestly. It's okay to be unsure; start with what you know. Your answers save automatically and can guide your goals and 90-day actions.
Review this vision in Life Blueprint and Career Discovery, then turn a next step into a goal or action in Goals or To-Do & Actions.
Relationships & Character
PURPOSE: Build healthy connections and the character to maintain them. HOW TO USE: Answer based on your values, not one specific person. Think about friendships, family, coworkers and partners. Generate your direction, choose one real-world practice, and reflect on what happened. Respect differences, protect boundaries, and speak up about genuine harm.
Career Discovery
PURPOSE: Find work that fits your strengths, interests and desired lifestyle; not just a job title. HOW TO USE: Answer honestly, even if you are unsure. Include real examples. Then generate your personal direction, evaluate suggestions, and choose one small career experiment or conversation. Revisit after learning something new.
My Life Blueprint
PURPOSE: Make intentional choices about the life you want, without pretending you can control every outcome. HOW TO USE: Describe what matters across family, relationships, work, money, health and experiences. Mark uncertainties honestly. Generate your direction, choose priorities, and connect one next step to your 90-day goals. Review regularly as life changes.
My Decision Compass
HOW TO USE: 1. Choose an example goal or My own goal. 2. Define the result you want. 3. Choose an example action or describe your own. 4. Predict whether it moves you closer or farther and record it. 5. Watch the line move immediately. 6. Return later to reflect on what actually happened. This is a learning tool, not a score of your worth or a prediction of how other people will react.
Think it through
Answer these two questions in your own words. They help you clarify what you want and why your next action matters. Your answers save as you type.
At the starting line
What action did you take?
Learn from the direction of your decisions
+2 strongly supports your goal; +1 is a smaller helpful step; 0 is uncertain; −1 may create distance; −2 may significantly undermine your goal. These are estimates, not a grade or a measure of another person's feelings.
Review what actually happened
A prediction is not a verdict. Return after acting to record the real outcome and what you learned.
Points illustrate possible direction, not a scientific measure. Real relationships are complex; sometimes doing the right thing initially feels uncomfortable. Review the actual consequences, not just the score.
Body & Health
HOW TO USE: Start by describing your current routines honestly. Choose one small, realistic habit, connect it to Goals or Today, and revisit at days 30, 60 and 90. This is not a medical assessment.
Mind & Emotional Health
HOW TO USE: Reflect on how you are feeling, what helps you cope, and where you want to grow. Set realistic actions that support self-respect, resilience and connection. You can skip any question and return later.
Relationships are built, not just maintained.
Choose a relationship below, then explore activities, guided conversations, growth challenges and shared dreams. Every card is interactive.
Who would you like to connect with?
Choose a picture to create a space. Existing people and groups can be selected below. Group spaces are personal planning spaces for now; inviting others and group chat are not enabled yet.
Choose one of the five relationship pictures, enter a name, and create your space.
What would you like to do?
Choose any activity. If you haven't created a relationship yet, we'll guide you through that first.
Build stronger connections
Create a space for a friend, partner, family member, professional contact, or group. Plan time together, reflect privately, prepare for conversations, and track shared experiences. Start with one relationship. Everything on this page is private to YOUR app account; no one is invited or given access by adding their name here.
Select someone you have added, or use a picture above to create a new space.
Start with connection, not a checklist
Choose a relationship above. Then take a guided check-in, discover one useful insight, and turn it into a real action. Return to reflect on what happened.
One relationship, one meaningful step
Answer honestly. These are your private observations; not facts about the other person. Ask them directly rather than guessing.
Our Connection Dashboard
Visual progress tracks the commitments and experiences you record; not how good another person is or whether they agree with you.
Relationship Understanding & Personal Growth
Explore what you bring to this relationship, what the other person values, and where your intentions may differ from your impact. These are your private reflections. Ask the other person directly rather than assuming you know their answers. Save your answers and choose one action to practice.
Choose one behavior to strengthen or change. Start small, try it, and review what happened.
Plan Something Together
Choose a budget and setting. These are starter ideas, not live event listings or verified prices. Adjust the plan to suit the other person's preferences.
My activity plan
Prepare for a Conversation
Think through a happy conversation, a disagreement, or something you want to understand better. Your responses stay private. The goal is mutual understanding, not winning.
If there is intimidation, coercion, or danger, prioritize safety over using a joint conflict exercise.
My Problem & Possibility Board
Record something to work through OR something positive to build together. Set one action and revisit it. This board is private in this version.
Shared Dreams & Goals ; My Planning Space
Plan something you might want to do together; travel, save for an experience, build a tradition. Discuss it with the other person before calling it a mutual commitment.
Sharing & Group Conversations ; Coming Later
This version does not send invitations, share entries, create group chats, or accept anonymous messages. Those require separate member accounts, explicit sharing consent, privacy permissions, and moderation controls. Your private reflections will never be automatically shared.
Know yourself before you rebuild yourself
This is not a test or a judgment. A baseline helps you understand what has been draining your energy, what still excites you, and what you want to reclaim. Be honest rather than giving the answers you think you should give. Spend about 30–45 minutes here, then begin Day 1. You can return to these answers as you grow.
Where am I right now?
1 = struggling or very little confidence/interest; 10 = thriving or very strong confidence/interest. Each item includes a short description so you know exactly what you are rating. Scores are snapshots, not grades.
This average is only a quick personal reference, not a measure of your worth or a clinical assessment.
Find the root, without getting stuck in the past
Look for patterns rather than blame. A relationship may have played a part, but it may not be the only reason you felt stuck. You do not need to solve everything today.
Take ownership of one decision
What this means: Think about one decision you have been putting off. It can be small or important. What is stopping you: uncertainty, missing information, fear of being wrong, or something else? Explore your options, then choose a concrete next step. This is the bridge between Day 0 and the 90-day plan, not an extra assignment.
My first promise to myself
You have reflected on where you are and what you want to change. Now choose one specific action you can finish within 24 hours. This is your first proof that you can trust yourself to follow through. It can be the next step from your decision above, or a small action from your 90-day plan.
If persistent low mood or loss of interest is interfering with daily life, seeking support from a mental health professional can be part of moving forward.
One manageable day at a time
Your Daily 5 stay consistent. The cards below bring in practical next steps from your plans. You can defer a task without losing it.
My next goal actions
These are the small steps you chose in Goals. Check them off when done, then set your next action in the Goal-to-Action Planner.
One step on a home project
A doable next action from Home Projects, preferably without spending money.
A short exercise
Rotates through communication, practical life skills, confidence, and new experiences.
Two-minute evening check-in
These answers also appear in your Journal.
A new idea each day
Try this:
Reflect:
Five priorities stay familiar. This extra challenge changes with each program day.
Today's five priorities
Day 1: Keep your first promise
On Day 0 you made a commitment to yourself. Here is your opportunity to follow through. If you haven't completed Day 0 yet, start there first.
One intention for today
My four daily habits
Check off the habits you practiced today. Customize their names in Goals; updates appear automatically.
Remember what you are working toward
Review your Write It Into Reality answers in Start Here. What is one small step you can take today? Writing a goal helps direct your attention; acting on it moves you forward.
Train your brain to notice what’s right
Your attention shapes what you notice. Practice recognizing opportunities, small wins, kindness and progress without pretending that hard things do not exist.
Morning reflection
Examples: yesterday's mistakes, worrying about what others think, comparing yourself to others, or pressure to have everything figured out. Letting go is not avoiding responsibility.
Evening reflection
End-of-day practice: What went well today? Train yourself to notice the good—even on a difficult day. Small things count.
Turn goals into action
Your long-term direction gives you a reason to act. Your 90-day milestone, weekly step and next small action show you how. Pick a few priorities, not everything at once. The next action appears on Today so you can check it off.
Sign in under Progress, then choose Create My Action Plan for any goal. Review the suggestions before accepting. Accepted next actions appear on Today. Only the goal details you submit are sent to OpenAI; journal and Day 0 answers are not shared. AI usage incurs a small API cost.
Example: Long term: build a real estate investment business. In 90 days: analyze five multifamily properties. This week: review one listing. Next action: spend 20 minutes comparing rents and expenses.
Tip: choose 1–3 active priorities. You can save other goals for later. Update the next action after completing it.
My goals
Choose realistic goals that belong to you, not goals to impress other people.
One big adventure
Plan one memorable, meaningful adventure during these 90 days. Choose something that stretches you, creates a story, and gets you out into the world. Examples: a multi-day camping or hiking trip, a road trip, a new outdoor skill, or visiting somewhere you have never been.
Six mini adventures
Plan one mini adventure every other month over the next 12 months. This is a longer-term goal that extends beyond the 90-day reset. Keep them affordable and doable: try a new trail, take a spontaneous day trip, attend an event, explore a new town, learn a hands-on skill, or spend a day outdoors.
Create and publish one social media post
Build something worth sharing during your 90-day reset. It could be a short video, photos, a practical AI project, a 3D-printing solution, a car project, an outdoor adventure, or a lesson learned. Focus on creating and sharing, not likes or approval.
Four new habits
Choose four personal commitments that will change how you live, not just what you study. Pick actions that build reliability, confidence, self-respect and stronger relationships. Examples: be 10 minutes early, keep one promise, listen without interrupting, or do one thoughtful thing for someone. Write each habit below; it will appear on Today for a fresh checkmark every day.
Track these four habits on the Today screen. Each day's checkmarks are saved separately.

Private cloud backup and sync
Sign in with Max's own email to sync journal entries, checklists, goals, and Toolkit work across his devices. Cloud sync requires one-time setup by the app owner. Until connected, data remains on this device.
Use a strong unique password. The app stores a login token on this device. Do not use shared devices for private journal entries.
My progress
Recent days
My 90-day timeline
The app counts 90 days from your chosen start date. You can review earlier days using the date selector below.
Keep a backup
Your entries save on this device and can sync to your private cloud account when you sign in. Export a backup regularly, especially before changing phones or clearing browser data.
Entries stored on this device may be visible to anyone with access to this browser profile. Sign in above to enable private cloud backup and cross-device syncing.
Home Projects (your existing entries)
A lack of funds can delay buying materials or hiring help, but it does not have to delay every step. Break each project into small actions. Plan what you can do safely now, what costs money, and what needs a professional.
Safety: Do not attempt electrical, gas, structural, roofing, or other hazardous work without appropriate expertise, permits and safety equipment. Planning those projects still counts as progress.
Add a home project
My projects and next steps
Mark progress as you go. You can update your next action, change the status, or remove a project.
Why This App Exists
Your 90-Day Reset is about more than building habits. It's a place to discover who you are, what matters to you, and the life you want to build.
You do not have to have everything figured out. Start with where you are, get clearer about what you want, and take small, meaningful actions each day. This is your journey—not a test or a measure of your worth.
Where to begin: Open Start Here and follow the steps in order, beginning with Day 0. Return to How to Use any time you need instructions or want to explore the full reference guide.
Daily rhythm: Morning: Today and a quick Journal entry. During the day: habits, goals and To-Do actions. Evening: what went well and what to improve. Weekly: review progress and adjust. Days 30, 60 and 90: compare your progress with Day 0.
Your Step-by-Step Instructions
A simple daily rhythm with new challenges and room to make the journey your own. You do not need to complete every Toolkit lesson every day.
1. Start with Day 0
Before Day 1, open Day 0. Rate your current happiness, emotional well-being, resilience, self-discipline, happiness in your own company, learning interest, drive for success, follow-through, decision-making and other areas. Answer the reflection questions honestly and choose one next action. Repeat the ratings on Days 30, 60 and 90. The baseline is private and is not a test. Choose one decision you have been avoiding and one small promise you can keep within 24 hours. On Day 1, check off whether you kept that promise.
2. Set up your first day
Open Progress and set your program start date. Open Goals and write your 90-day vision, career and fitness goals, and four personal habits. The four habits automatically appear as checkboxes on Today.
3. What to do each morning
Open Today. Read the fresh daily challenge and its reflection question. Complete the five core priorities as your day unfolds. Tick each checkbox when finished. Your four chosen habits appear beneath the five priorities, with separate checkmarks for that day.
Open Journal to answer the morning prompts. Start with one honest sentence if writing feels difficult.
3. Where to type and how answers save
Tap or click inside any writing box and type. Answers and checkmarks save automatically in this browser as you enter them. You do not need a Save button. The app remembers entries for each date. Cloud backup works only after signing in under Progress and confirming a successful connection.
4. How Day 2, Day 3 and the rest work
Each calendar day, the app opens on the current date. Your five priorities and four habits get new daily checkmarks. A different challenge and reflection appear on each program day; challenges rotate over time. Your previous entries stay attached to their dates. Use the date selector in Progress to revisit an earlier day. The 90-day count starts from the start date you choose.
5. Reading, learning and the Toolkit
Open Toolkit and select Reading for books across habits, confidence, character, relationships, career, money and purpose. Select Articulate Speaking for short exercises that reduce filler words, improve clarity, and strengthen interview answers. Select another category for hands-on exercises and AI projects. Open Life Skills for 17 practical adult skills and Identity & Inner Strength for independence, values, boundaries and self-trust. Each activity explains what to do, why it matters, and what to ask yourself. You can mark it complete and write notes. Read one book at a time, not the whole list.
Guide contains the full original 90-day guide, with searchable chapters and chapter notes.
6. Goals, adventures and your four habits
Write the names of your four habits in Goals. They immediately become the four checkboxes under Today. Checking a habit on Today records it for that date only; tomorrow starts unchecked. Goals also holds your big adventure, six mini adventures across twelve months, and the create-and-publish social post challenge. Those larger goals stay in Goals until completed; they are not automatically added to the daily checklist.
7. Evening check-in and weekly review
Return to Journal for an evening reflection: one win, one lesson and one next step. Once a week, use Progress to review your consistency and choose a realistic adjustment. If you have a hard day, use the Minimum Day option on Today. Small follow-through still counts.
8. Private cloud sync and backups
Under Progress, sign in to your private cloud account and check that the connection says it is active. Once signed in, entries can synchronize between devices using the same account. Cloud sync requires internet and should be tested before relying on it. Keep occasional downloaded backups. If you switch from a netlify.app address to a custom domain, browser-only data does not move automatically. Export it first, then restore it on the new address.
Privacy: Avoid entering sensitive information on a shared device. Anyone with access to the unlocked browser may see locally saved entries.
9. Manage your To-Do & Action Planner
Open To-Do & Actions. Add a project, describe what finished looks like, list one no-cost next step, and note what genuinely needs money or a professional. Update its status and record small wins. Your project list saves with the rest of your app data. Keep it realistic and work safely.
10. Add the app to an iPhone
Open the published website in Safari on the iPhone. Tap the Safari Share button, then Add to Home Screen (you may need to scroll). Give it a name and tap Add. Open the new icon to use the app like a regular app.
More Guidance & Life Principles
Explore these optional chapters when you want a deeper explanation or a new exercise. You do not have to read everything at once.
What This Journey Is About
The goal isn't perfection or approval. It's to become someone you respect: reliable, kind, strong, curious, grounded, and able to find joy in everyday life.
The complete 90-day guide
Every section from the full guide is here, including the exercises, explanations, and reflection questions. Open a chapter, read it, and write your thoughts. Your notes save on this device.
Life principles
On a hard day
Pause. Name what you're feeling. Separate what happened from the story you're telling yourself. Choose one constructive next step. Progress means returning, not being perfect.
